The Reality

Most chronic back pain is not due to a 'slipped disc' or a 'weak core'—your spine is inherently robust and strong. Persistent pain is often a sign of a sensitised nervous system effectively 'protecting' the area long after the initial tissue healing has finished.

The Structural Root

We don't 'put discs back in' (because they don't slip out). We use Physiotherapy and graded movement exposure to convince your brain that movement is safe again, building tolerance rather than just bracing against fear.

The Biological Root

Systemic inflammation can keep nerves in a hypersensitive state. We test your Omega-6:3 levels (Zinzino) to see if your internal chemistry is keeping the pain volume turned up.
