At YHR we believe your health is your wealth. Through personal and professional experience we have found yoga integral in creating and maintaining this wealth. Yoga is a powerful component of our treatment plans.

Yoga has many facets, from pranayama (breath) to asana (physical movement). Please see our blog posts to learn more about this. Its main focus is to support balance in the individual, taking into consideration the whole person, and all the factors within and surrounding them.

We want to support you to invest in yourself, to get the best out of life and your health. We do this by facilitating the use of yoga tools particular to your balance, then build together to incorporate them into your life.
